Richard
V. Lowney
President
Mr. Lowney is president and co-founder of Clearview Software
International. Mr. Lowney is responsible for providing the
technology direction of the company. He has over 20 years
of experience managing software development and information
technology companies. He is also co-founder of Blue Ivy Solutions,
an educational administration software company. Prior to Clearview,
Mr. Lowney held information technology management positions
at ERT/COMSAT, and Aetna Insurance. Additionally, Mr. Lowney
served three years in the U.S. Army in the field of computer
technology.
Representing his companies, Mr. Lowney has participated in
numerous Trade Missions for business development purposes.
Countries included, Australia, Canada, Denmark, England, Germany,
Ireland, Northern Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and Scotland.
He has served on the Board of Directors for New Hampshire
International Trade Association, USO of New England and the
Souhegan Valley Boys and Girls Club. He has served as a Board
Member for Computer Management Dynamics and Access Point.
Mr. Lowney holds a BS from Southern New Hampshire University
and an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Brandon
E. Edenfield
Managing Partner - Clearview Solutions Division
Mr. Edenfield is the managing partner and co-founder of Clearview
Solutions Division. Mr. Edenfield is responsible for providing
customers and prospects with strategic solutions for the use
of the Clearview's suite of products. Mr. Edenfield has over
20 years of extensive global business development experience
in Enterprise Application Intergation. Recently this has involved
providing Business to Business and Business to Customer solutions
optimizing the Internet and Encryption technologies.
Mr. Edenfield has been involved in the marketing and sales
of thousands of Co*Star licenses and has provided services
to many clients in their implementation of Co*Star into a
myriad of business environments, including healthcare, banking,
government and manufacturing. Mr. Edenfield has participated
as a corporate officer in 2 publicly traded companies. Mr.
Edenfield has maintained P&L responsibility for several
solutions oriented technology organizations, one of which
he spearheaded a merger with another firm and the combined
company went public.
Mr. Edenfield has a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois

Brian
Key
Board of Directors
Brian Key Mr. Key is Vice President, Chief Operating Officer,
Director, and co-founder of Design Mentor, Inc., a startup
founded in January 2000 to advance the art of sterile
fluid pumping in the medical industry. He is a former
Director of Pioneer Global Telecommunications, Inc. (acquired
by Verio, Inc. during his tenure).
Formerly, Mr. Key was Manager, Technical Products Management
Group and interim Director of Marketing at Andover Controls
Corp., where he was responsible for Andovers new products
from concept, through design/development and quality assurance,
to launch. Previously, he was President and founder of Access
Point, Inc., a provider of one-number telecommunications services.
Earlier, working with Dean Kamen at DEKA Research & Development
Corp, Mr. Key was Principal Software Engineer and co-inventor
of the Johnson & Johnson Independence 3000 IBOT Transporter.
At Teletrol Systems, Inc., Mr. Key was the Principal Firmware
Engineer and Chief Architect of a family of networked building
automation and control systems.
Mr. Key began his career at Computer Management Dynamics,
Inc. in systems operations. Mr. Key holds a BS in Computer
Science from the University of Lowell, MA.

Richard
G. Mills, Sr.
Board of Directors
Mr. Mills is Managing Principal and an owner of Consulting
Services in Hollis, New Hampshire, a firm that for nineteen
years has assisted clients with strategic decisions relative
to the selection, implementation, and profitable exploitation
of information technology. He has earned three degrees at
MIT, where he later served both as senior faculty and in senior
administration including serving as founding Assistant
Director of the Laboratory for Computer Science and later
assuming campus-wide responsibility for all MIT computing
facilities and services.
Mr. Mills gained entrepreneurial experience as one of two
owners of a small Waltham, Massachusetts, consulting and contract
programming firm, Data Processing, Inc., which he later took
public. During twelve years in several positions as a senior
officer of Citibank in New York, Mr. Mills was the executive
responsible for all systems development, operations, and technology
research and development, also serving as technology adviser
to the Vice-Chairman. His other experience includes work for
RAND Corporation and the General Electric Company and service
as a pilot in the Strategic Air Command, United States Air
Force.
